The Samsung Galaxy Star is a low end smartphone, released in May 2013, and is available in India and Southeast Asia. The device is powered by a single core 1GHz Cortex A5 processor. it has 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a 32GB MicroSD card. The QVGA LCD display has a resolution of 240x320.

Galaxy star runs on android 4.1.2 

Fortunatly we could run android 6.0

in this device through cm13 unofficial custom ROM.

note: you need root and install laetest custom recovery in your mobile

Some bugs in this ROM

OpenGL drawing (But this time animations work and other glitches are fixed, so the experience will be better)

Backup your rom befor proceeding with recovery...

You could restore your rom if fails to install this ROM

Installation Instructions::

Download and put the ROM zip in your phone.

You must use a SELinux enabled recovery. (CWM 6.0.5.1, TWRP 2.8/3.0). If not install that first and then proceed.

Go to recovery, 

wipe data/cache. 

Wife system/dalvik cache

Flash ROM.

(Optional) Flash gapps.

Reboot.

Enjoy.

For contacts and Dialler bug .

Import all your contact from your SIM or from anywhere using stock contacts app .

Install any third party contact app like -you can download the provided below- .
